Frederic Fournier is an accomplished professional with a strong background in environmental sustainability and project management. Currently serving as the CEO and Co-founder of Open Forest Protocol since October 2020, Fournier leads an open platform focused on transparent measurement and funding of reforestation projects. Additionally, Fournier holds a position as a Board Member at the Swiss Green Fintech Network, which aims to foster the green digital finance ecosystem in Switzerland. As a Co-founder and Director of ON A MISSION, Fournier is dedicated to enabling investments in local sustainable reforestation projects to combat carbon emissions. With extensive experience at CSD INGENIEURS from 2002 to 2021, including roles in strategy and international operations, Fournier has managed diverse teams and projects globally. Educational credentials include multiple degrees in geology and hydrogeology from esteemed institutions, along with strategic innovation training from IMD.
