Olga Dyka

Olga Dyka is a legal expert with extensive experience in corporate law and operations management. Currently serving as an Advisor and Chief Operating Officer at Open Forest Protocol since February 2021, Olga has previously held significant legal roles, including Corporate Legal Counsel at Ambrosus and Senior Legal Counsel at TERRA FOOD. Expertise includes contract development, legal support for investment projects across multiple countries, and management of legal and marketing teams. Olga has also contributed to legal maintenance for investment projects at Fozzy Group and drafted comprehensive contracts as In-House Counsel at AMACO Group of Companies. Early career experience includes assisting clients in international arbitration at ETERNA LAW and volunteering for the Canadian Cancer Society. Olga holds a Master’s Degree in Law from The National University of Ostroh Academy and completed a summer program in International and European Economic Law at the University of Augsburg.
