Nodar Kherkheulidze

Nodar Kherkheulidze is a professional with extensive experience in public administration and management, currently serving as a Regional M&E Expert at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH since October 2021, focusing on the economic and social participation of vulnerable populations in the South Caucasus. Kherkheulidze also holds the position of Independent Reporting Mechanism National Researcher for Georgia with the Open Government Partnership since April 2019. As the Head of the Department of Public Administration at The University of Georgia (Tbilisi) since December 2012 and a lecturer at Georgian Institute of Public Affairs since September 2019, Kherkheulidze contributes significantly to academia. Entrepreneurial endeavors include serving as Partner and CEO at ORsim VR LLC since November 2016. Earlier career roles include positions in the U.S. House of Representatives and the Parliament of Georgia, complemented by a Master of Public Administration degree from Eastern Washington University and a background in jurisprudence and philology from Tbilisi State University.
