Martin Herrmann

Martin Herrmann has extensive experience in product development and engineering, currently serving as Product Developing Manager Automation at OPEN MIND Technologies AG since September 1988. Key achievements at OPEN MIND include developing various versions of Deckel Control Dialog, leading the development of the hyperFACT CAM system and hyperMILL Machine Simulation, and managing the hyperMILL Automation Center since 2011. Prior experience includes a role as Test Engineer at BMW from September 1985 to September 1988, where responsibilities included prototype engineering for the BMW E31 and E34 models. Herrmann holds a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fachhochschule Bochum, completed between 1982 and 1986, and furthered education at FernUniversität in Hagen from 1986 to 1989.
