Juan Fernando Sanchez Perez has gained extensive work experience in various roles within the commodities trading and business development fields. Juan Fernando started their career at Peru Minerals as an intern, where they oversaw operations and provided continuous support to the management team. Juan Fernando then worked as a junior coal trader at Mineral Traders MINT, focusing on mineral trading and satisfying industry demands.

Subsequently, Sanchez Perez joined C&C GOLD as a senior consultant and trader, where they implemented new business strategies and conducted research on mining projects in Colombia and Peru. Juan Fernando later became a business development manager at Montserrat Capital Ltd, responsible for finding and implementing new business opportunities in the mining and energy services sector.

Sanchez Perez then moved to Boston Merchant Financial Ltd. as a business development manager, where they set up operations in Spain and identified potential business opportunities in OTC and On Exchange markets. Juan Fernando also established relationships with clients, led meetings and pitches, and provided strategic advice and proposals.

More recently, Sanchez Perez worked at the Ministerio de Transporte de Colombia as a logistic corridor manager, overseeing logistical operations. Juan Fernando currently holds the position of country manager and commodities trader at Open Mineral, where they manage the company's operations in a specific country and engages in commodities trading.

Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated their abilities in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and providing strategic advice to drive business growth.

Juan Fernando Sanchez Perez has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from EUDE Business School. Juan Fernando also has a degree in International Business with a focus on international business from Politecnico Grancolombiano. In addition to their formal education, Juan has obtained certifications in Energy Efficiency in Emerging Economies from the International Energy Agency and a MOOC Oil&Gas Achievement Certificate from IFP School.
