Olga Degtiareva

Olga Degtiareva has extensive work experience, beginning in 2006 with their role as Senior Financial Planning Analyst at "Central Agency for Audit and Consulting" Ltd. In 2013, they became the Country Business Manager at "Columbus Nova", New York, USA, part of Renova Group. In this role, they were responsible for managing the back office for Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, Israeli and Iranian operations of Columbus Nova, including schedule planning and travel support, organizing meetings with local partners and authorities, managing visits of foreign corporate partners, administering local legal cases, managing related operations' budgets, and providing interpretations and translations. In 2019, Olga Degtiareva began working at Open Mineral as the Project Coordinator and Operations Supervisor. Olga also took on the role of Business Operations Supervisor at Bitfury in 2019.

Olga Degtiareva obtained their Master's degree in Economics from the State Technical University for Nuclear Power Engineering in 2004, and then went on to receive their Bachelor's degree in Business Trainer from the High School of Pshyhology in Moscow in 2012.
