Kushal Guria is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer happiness and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Happiness Officer at Open Financial Technologies since January 2019, Kushal has a strong focus on product experience and growth. Prior to this role, Kushal was a Senior Operation Specialist at Tapzo from April 2017 to April 2019, during which time the company was acquired by Amazon Pay. Kushal is currently pursuing an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management (EPGDM) with a specialization in Operations and Project Management at Alliance University, scheduled for completion in December 2023, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts from Tangla College, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
