Gail Delgado

Gail Delgado is an experienced Job Developer currently working at Open Sky Community Services since April 2021. Previously, Gail served as the Metro and Southeast Region Coordinator at MASS Advocates Standing Strong from August 2017 to April 2021. Prior roles include Job Developer, Recruitment Manager, and involvement with the "All Aboard the Arc!" program at Brockton Area Arc from September 2011 to August 2017, and as a Personal Care Attendant at Cerebral Palsy of South Shore from March 2005 to June 2011, where responsibilities included daily care and transportation for a disabled individual. Gail holds an Associate's degree in Human Services from Quinsigamond Community College (2018-2022) and is currently pursuing further education at William James College (2022-2025). Gail completed high school at Middleborough High School, attaining a diploma in Business.
