Karen Duby, MSW, LICSW has a diverse work experience in the field of behavioral health, with a focus on clinical and administrative oversight. Karen currently holds the position of Vice President of Behavioral Health at Open Sky Community Services. In their previous role at Community Healthlink Inc, they served as Vice President, providing oversight for various divisional programs including primary care services, community mental health programs, homeless and housing services, and substance use continuum of services. Karen also held the positions of Associate Vice President, Director of Emergency Services, Crisis Stabilization Clinician, Human Resources Assistant, and EMR Project Manager during their tenure at Community Healthlink Inc. Prior to that, they served as the PACT Director and Community Rehabilitative Support Services Director at the same organization.
Karen Duby, MSW, LICSW, obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in Clinical Social Work from Boston College in 1993. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Boston College in 1992. In June 1996, they obtained a certification as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker from the Massachusetts Board of Social Work.
