Siddharth Sharma

Siddharth Sharma, PMP®, CTAL-TM, CSM®, has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing and engineering. Siddharth started their career in 2010 at iGATE, where they held various roles and successfully managed requirements gathering, code development, testing, and defect tracking. Siddharth also played a key role in driving cross-functional collaboration and implementing various testing types, including functional, regression, sanity/smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT). At Wipro, from 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Tech Lead and was responsible for managing testing and defect analysis functions. Siddharth also coordinated with Domain Technical Leads for defect tracking and closure. Currently, Siddharth is working at Open Systems Inc. as a Lead Engineer, where they oversee software integration testing for a complex automotive infotainment system. Siddharth effectively manages teams across multiple global regions, mentors and trains technical teams, and aligns team priorities with roadmaps.

Siddharth Sharma completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai University from 2005 to 2009. Siddharth holds additional certifications including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance obtained in January 2022, Project Management Professional (PMP®) from Project Management Institute obtained in March 2020, Certified Tester, Advanced Level Test Manager from ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. obtained in 2019, and Certified Tester, Foundation Level from ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. obtained in 2018.
