Tiffany Strickland

Tiffany Strickland has a wealth of experience in human resources and operations. Tiffany began their career in 2006 as a Loan Processor/Underwriter at Mercantile Mortgage Company. In 2008, they joined Open Systems Inc. as a Director of HR & Recruiting, where they supervised a team of recruiters and developed HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Director of HR & Operations, overseeing the day-to-day running of the firm and directing staffing, training, and performance evaluations. Tiffany has a strong background in talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, training and development, and employee relations.

Tiffany Strickland graduated with a Diploma in Advanced studies from Homewood High School in the years 1995 to 1999.
