Alizabeth Maughn

Alizabeth Maughn has extensive experience in human resources and real estate. Currently serving as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Open Systems Healthcare since February 2020, Alizabeth previously held roles such as Human Resources Generalist, Training Specialist I, and Human Resources Coordinator within the same organization. Prior to this, Alizabeth was a Real Estate Agent with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services from October 2018 to February 2024. Alizabeth's career also includes positions as a Therapeutic Staff Support at Childrens Behavioral Health and as Director of First Impressions at Rabe Environmental Systems, Inc. A student intern at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention/NIOSH, Alizabeth assisted in research under Dr. Taylor. Alizabeth holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Business Administration from Mercyhurst University.
