Robert Puckett

Robert Puckett is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and technical support. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Open Technology Solutions, LLC since March 2017, Robert previously held roles at Long View Systems, where responsibilities included managing VMware infrastructure for various international clients and providing operational support for server and network environments. Prior positions include roles as a Computer Technician and Senior/Lead Technician at Geek Squad/Best Buy, and a Small & Medium Business Technical Support Specialist at Dell. Robert started their career at IBM, developing a savings program that garnered corporate recognition, and briefly taught mathematics at Ft. Lupton Public Schools. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Central Oklahoma.
