Konstantinos Doukakis is an academic professional with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Neapolis University Pafos since September 2022, Doukakis also holds the position of Teaching Fellow at Hellenic Open University, specializing in Public Administration and Policy, since September 2011. Additionally, Doukakis has been a Coordinator and Teaching Fellow on Economic and Social History in Modern Greece at the Open University of Cyprus since February 2016, and previously worked as a Teaching Fellow at the University of Patras and as a Project Manager and Senior Researcher at Ionian University. Doukakis holds a Master’s degree in Economic Development Research and Policy from the University of Birmingham and a Ph.D. in Economic History and Social Policy from Ionian Panepistimion, with a Bachelor's degree in Social Policy and Administration from Democritus University of Thrace.
