Tal Broda

Tal Broda is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles across multiple prominent companies. Currently serving as Head of Research Platform at OpenAI since June 2023, Tal previously held the position of VP of Engineering at Paradigm, where efforts focused on developing an internal platform for a crypto VC firm. Prior roles include Head of Platform at Citadel Securities, where innovative services were created and existing services were modernized, and VP of Engineering at Mesosphere, where leadership was demonstrated over a significant engineering team delivering a unified platform for containers and big data. Tal's career also includes key positions at SOASTA, Oracle, Istante Software, and NewChannel Inc., showcasing a strong background in product development, performance testing, and architectural design. Tal holds dual MBA degrees from Columbia Business School and UC Berkeley, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel Aviv.
