Customer Success Manager at OpenAirlines

Kuei-Chen Yang's work experience begins in 2013 as a Private Tutor for a family with high school children. In 2014, they became a Teaching Assistant at National Cheng Kung University until 2016. In 2015, they also had a Summer Internship at China Airlines, where they gained knowledge about aircraft maintenance. In 2017, Kuei-Chen Yang joined OpenAirlines as a Customer Success Manager until 2018. They returned to the same role at OpenAirlines in 2018 and continued until February 2021. From March 2021 onwards, Kuei-Chen Yang is still employed as a Customer Success Manager at OpenAirlines.

Kuei-Chen Yang completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in the Interdisciplinary Program of Life Science from National Tsing Hua University from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Yang pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in the Institute of Civil Aviation at National Cheng Kung University. Later, from 2016 to 2017, Yang attended ENAC - Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile as an Erasmus student, studying towards a MSc in International Air Transportation and Operation Management.
