Evelyn Kuiper

Evelyn Kuiper has extensive experience in the field of education and policy-making, currently serving as a beleidsmedewerker onderwijs at Gemeente Tynaarlo since December 1998, where responsibilities include Passend Onderwijs and onderwijs huisvesting. In addition, Evelyn has taken on various roles at Openbaar Onderwijs Groningen as a part-time teacher and member of educational governance bodies. From January 2015 to July 2023, training was provided for MR courses through the Vereniging Openbaar Onderwijs. Previous roles include chairing the ouderraad at Onderwijsgroep Noord and serving as a secretary for the MR at obs de Feniks. Early career experiences included youth coaching in athletics and teaching positions across several primary schools. Evelyn holds a Doctorandus degree in Onderwijskunde from the University of Groningen and a Baccalaureus from the Hogeschool Drenthe.
