Sebastian Real Arce

Sebastian Real Arce has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting from 2010, they served as a DBA, Web Developer, and Softbots Developer at Brandmetriq. Later in 2010, they worked as a Software Analyst at CATV. In 2011, they became a Systems Architect at Utrubix. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Software Engineer at ZEKE Ltda, developing web applications for governmental entities using Java, PHP, and Javascript. In 2012, they joined Redcalidad as a Software Architect, where they developed frameworks for mobile applications and optimized existing frameworks for web and mobile applications. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Frontend Engineer at HUENEI IT SERVICES. In 2014, they started working as a Freelancer web developer. In 2015, they held two roles simultaneously, as a Senior Software Developer at Aplicaciones Computacionales SPA and a Javascript Architect/Technical Lead Browse at Adessa Falabella, where they mentored developers in ReactJS and taught test-driven development. In 2019, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Opencasa, leading the development team and generating roadmaps for new features. Overall, Sebastian Real Arce has extensive experience in software development, architecture, and team leadership.

Sebastian Real Arce has a history of education that includes two institutions. From 2004 to 2005, they attended the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso but did not obtain any degree or specify a field of study. Later, from 2008 to 2011, Sebastian attended Duoc UC, where they earned a degree in Analista Programador Computacional with a focus on Informática.

In addition to their formal education, Sebastian also obtained a certification in Frontend Profesional from Mejorando.la in October 2015.
