Ian Gover

Ian Gover is the current President & COO at OpenComp. Prior to this, they were the President & Co-Founder of Everwise from January 2012 to December 2020. Everwise is a human capital development software that connects professionals to the people and resources they need to progress in their career. Before Everwise, Gover was the President & CEO of Better Workplace from January 2008 to December 2013. Better Workplace is a human capital management software and services company that provides an innovative enterprise mobility approach that helps organizations around the world improve employee effectiveness, drive millions in operational savings, and achieve significant improvements in environmental efficiency. From January 2002 to December 2008, Gover was the Sr Director, People & Places at Sun Microsystems. And prior to that, they were Principal - Human Capital Management at PwC from January 1997 to December 2002.

Ian Gover earned a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Ian also holds a Bachelor of Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
