May Liang

May Liang has a diverse work experience spanning over a period of several years. In 1995, they started working at America Online, Inc. as an Associate General Counsel and remained in this role until October 2002. From 2003 to 2005, they served as the Executive Director at the Epilepsy Therapy Development Project. May then joined Ruckus Network, Inc. in 2005 as the General Counsel for a brief period. In 2006, they transitioned to the role of CFO & General Counsel at Ruckus Network, Inc. and held this position until May 2009. From 2008 to 2009, May Liang also worked at TotalMusic, LLC as the General Counsel & CFO. Currently, they are serving as the General Counsel & CFO at OpenConcept Systems, Inc. starting from May 2009.

May Liang attended Stanford University from 1981 to 1986, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in Electrical Engineering & Political Science. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to enroll at the University of Michigan Law School from 1986 to 1989, obtaining a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree in Law.
