Matthew McCollum

Matthew McCollum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transaction management and consumer experience within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Senior Transaction Manager at Opendoor since February 2017, Matthew oversees a team of over 60 members and has successfully managed high volumes of real estate transactions while improving processes and efficiency. Previously, in the role of Consumer Experience Manager at Opendoor, Matthew collaborated with executive leadership to pilot new products and established metrics for performance tracking. Additionally, Matthew held positions at Grand Canyon University, including University Counselor and Single Course Counselor, where support was provided to international students and educators. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University.
