Wentao Lu

Wentao Lu is a Senior Software Engineer specializing in pricing at Opendoor since January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Software Engineer for the Shield security product at Box from July 2018 to January 2022, and working as a Backend / Machine Learning Engineer at Butter.ai, a natural language search platform, from October 2016 until its acquisition by Box in July 2018. Wentao Lu holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Penn State University, a Master’s Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
