Jenn Cervella

Jenn Cervella has over 10 years of work experience, beginning with their role as a Field Manager at Grassroots Campaigns in 2011. Jenn then worked as a Field Staff at Equality California and Clean Water Action in 2011 and 2012, respectively. From 2012 to 2016, Jenn worked at the Texas Democratic Party, starting as a Political Assistant and then progressing to Deputy Data Director and Data Director. In 2016, they moved to AFSCME as a Data and Targeting Specialist and then to re:power as a Data Trainer in 2017. In 2018, Jenn took on the role of Deputy Chief Technology Officer at EMILY's List and then moved to Civis Analytics in 2019, where they held two roles: Business Development Manager and Senior Business Development Manager. In 2022, they will become the Head of Growth at OpenField.

Jenn Cervella graduated from Midland High School in 2007 with a High School Diploma. Jenn also holds a certification in Introduction to R from DataCamp.
