Patrick Hogan has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Patrick began their career in 2014 as a Camp Counselor at Edwards YMCA Camp. In 2018, they worked as a Warehouse Laborer at MONTI & ASSOCIATES, INC. From 2019 to 2020, Patrick served as a Business Development Executive at Bectran, Inc., where they collaborated with CFOs and Credit Managers to improve credit risk management and streamline and automate the customer credit application approval process. In 2020, they joined Mondo as an Associate Account Manager, responsible for growing and maintaining their own book of business in the information technology and digital marketing space. At Mondo, they interacted with hiring managers, provided personalized sales pitches and presentations, and coordinated with the recruitment team and clientele to find suitable candidates. Currently, Patrick works at OpenGov Inc. as a Sales Development Representative, where they were promoted to Team Lead for a period before transitioning to the role of Customer Success Manager in 2022.

Patrick Hogan attended the College of the Holy Cross from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies.
