Jessica Waal

Jessica Waal is a skilled design strategist and creative leader with extensive experience in social innovation, product management, and design education. Currently a Senior Design Strategist at frog and a Global Chapter Fellow at OpenIDEO, Jessica has developed strategies for community-led initiatives while leading the New York Chapter, focusing on entrepreneurial solutions to societal challenges. As a freelance contractor, Jessica collaborates with startups and established businesses to deliver impactful creative projects across various domains. Previous roles include Head of Part-Time Teaching at Shillington Education, where Jessica guided hundreds of students and teachers, and Art Director at VCCP, working with notable clients.
