Kyle Robinson began working for OpenKey in 2020, where they held the roles of Sales Manager, Technical Deployment Manager, and Product Support Specialist. Prior to this, in 2019, they worked for the United States Census Bureau - Jobs as an Information Technology Support Supervisor. In this role, they managed and supported IT staff members of 10, internal staff of 30, and 2000 field employees for technical support. Kyle also ensured staff was sufficiently prepared to handle issues and provide the correct solutions the first time, as well as monitored all tech support calls and ticket generation.
Kyle Robinson attended Collin College from 2015-2016, where they studied Engineering. Kyle then attended UNT College of Engineering from 2016-2018, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
