Tony Fikes

Tony Fikes has worked in the supply chain industry since 2008. Theirfirst role was as a Supply Chain Operations Analyst at DaikinAC. In 2013, they moved to Norwex, Inc. where they worked as a Supply Chain Inventory Control Analyst. Tony then moved to KBA in 2014 as a Supply Chain Business Analyst. In 2015, they joined RealPage, Inc. where they held the roles of Sr. Business Analyst, Business Optimization Analyst, Business Analyst II, and Business Analyst. Theirmost recent role is at OpenKey, where they have been a Product Owner since 2022. In this role, they work closely with colleagues across the team to provide for product initiatives from initial product/feature conception through launch, to ensure appropriately scoped and timely product delivery. Tony also leads the team's understanding of market trends and uses a data-driven, value-oriented process to gather, understand, document, and prioritize the company's digital key solution requirements and associated business model.

Tony Fikes is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at The University of Texas at Dallas, which they began in 2016. In 2021, they obtained a Certification in Python from Coursea.
