Cesar Montenegro

Cesar Montenegro is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in full-stack development and IT solutions management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at OpenLoop since December 2024, Cesar previously worked at Devsu as a Software Developer, specializing in legacy code refactoring and AWS architecture management. Prior roles include IT Solutions Management and Development Specialist at the Central Reserve Bank of Peru, where Cesar led the BCRP's Billetes y Monedas mobile app project and developed a customized agile methodology. Additional experience includes AR/VR development for Bellcorp's Virtual Makeup Artist app and web development roles in various organizations. Cesar holds an Engineer Degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruíz Gallo, completed in 2017.
