Ian Miles

Ian Miles has over 10 years of work experience in reporting, analytics, and consulting roles. Ian is currently working at Openly as the Director of Reporting & Analytics, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to that, they were the Reporting & Analytics Manager at Openly from August 2020 to May 2021.

Before joining Openly, Ian worked at CNA Insurance for nearly 10 years, from January 2011 to August 2020, in various reporting and consulting roles. Ian started as an MIS Reporting Analyst and later became a Senior MIS Reporting Analyst. From September 2017 to March 2020, Ian served as an Actuarial Stat Reporting Senior Consultant, and from March 2020 to August 2020, they held the position of Analytics Sr. Consultant.

Ian's professional journey began in 2009 at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, where they worked as a Program Analyst intern for a short period of time.

Throughout their career, Ian has gained valuable experience in data analysis, reporting, and consulting, and has demonstrated their expertise in the field.

Ian Miles attended the University of Virginia from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering with a minor in Economics.
