Ilias Cherkaoui

Ilias Cherkaoui is an experienced mathematics educator and researcher currently working within the Research Team at OpenMined since January 2023. Ilias has been an active Chapter member of the Internet Society's Youth Standing Group and multiple global chapters since April 2017, showcasing a long-standing commitment to promoting internet access and awareness. Ilias also serves as a Mathematics Teaching Assistant at the Faculté des sciences de Rabat while previously holding the role of Ambassador at Université Mohammed V de Rabat and eLife Sciences Publications, Ltd. Ilias holds a PhD in Mathematics from the Faculté des sciences de Rabat and completed a Baccalauréat in Mathematics at Lycée Moulay Youssef.
