Khoa Nguyen

Khoa Nguyen is a skilled software engineer currently employed at OpenMined since January 2023, where responsibilities include planning, implementing, and testing core functionalities of PySyft, a privacy-preserving data science platform. Khoa began their journey at OpenMined as a software engineer intern, accepted into the Padawan program for learning and contributing to the platform. At Tampere University, Khoa has served as a scientific researcher since August 2021, focusing on network and information security, and previously worked as a research assistant in the 3D Media Research Group, contributing to deep learning and computer vision projects. Khoa holds a Master's degree in Computing Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Tampere University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
