Gordon Chang

Gordon Chang is the current Product Lead at OpenPhone. Prior to this, they were the Product Manager at Meta, where they were responsible for creating experiences that empower meaningful friendships on Facebook. Gordon has also held the position of Director of Product and Machine Learning at OZK Labs, where they led the AI and machine learning strategy, while redefining product development in layers of data science, business intelligence (BI), and user experience (UI & UX). Gordon has also worked as a Web Designer & Developer at Taipei Economic & Cultural Office and as the Chief Product Officer at HiHedge.

Gordon Chang has a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering with a minor in Economics from National Taiwan University. Gordon is also certified by Duolingo in Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Elementary.

Gordon Chang reports to Mahyar Raissi, Co-Founder & CEO. Gordon Chang works with Daryna Kulya - Co-Founder & COO, Ty Hill - Head of Support, and Cai Cardenas - Head of Design.
