Ariel Duan

Ariel Duan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community management and program leadership within the technology sector. Currently serving as the PieCloudDB Product Community Leader at OpenPie since July 2022, Ariel produces various product resources. Previous roles include Technical Program Manager at VMware, overseeing the Greenplum Community and managing Greenplum releases, as well as Program Manager at Pivotal Software, where responsibilities included operating the Open Source Software Greenplum China Community and managing social media marketing. Earlier experiences include serving as an Executive Assistant at Pivotal Software and EMC. Ariel holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from Loughborough University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Electronic Publishing from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
