Hemant also worked as a Software Engineer (Consultant) at Verizon from February 2000 to August 2000, where they contributed to the development of an e-commerce application for ordering telephone connections over the Internet.
Hemant's earliest work experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Frito Lay from June 1999 to February 2000, where they worked on a user services facility that provided services such as user authentication, user session management, user profile management, and user administration.

Hemant Mahidhara completed a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kakatiya University between 1992 and 1996. Following that, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Masters degree in Computer Science from Jackson State University. In May 2017, they obtained a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera.
