Victor Domin

Victor Domin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Victor is currently working as a Business Data Analyst at OpenRoad Lending since March 2022. Previously, they served as a Business Intelligence Developer and Executive Data Analyst to the COO/BI & RPA Developer at Ag Workers Auto Insurance from April 2017 to March 2022. In this role, Victor worked on various projects related to insurance product management, rate analysis, marketing analysis, claims loss analysis, and financial projections, utilizing BI tools, advanced SQL, PowerShell, R, and advanced Excel. Victor also undertook special projects for stakeholders including the CEO and COO.

Prior to their role at Ag Workers Auto Insurance, Victor worked as a Jr. Marketing Analyst/Media Designer from September 2014 to April 2017. Here, they performed marketing research, design tasks, and undertook special projects for the president.

Before transitioning to the insurance industry, Victor gained experience in various other roles. Victor worked as a Direct Support Professional at Bethesda Lutheran Communities from October 2013 to July 2014. In addition, they worked as a Writing Consultant, Academic Tutor, and Front Desk Administrator at Academic Resource Center from August 2012 to January 2013.

Furthermore, Victor gained practical experience in the industrial manufacturing sector. From May 2008 to September 2012, they worked as an Industrial Manufacturing Laborer/Electrical Helper at RedViking. Here, they oversaw inventory tracking, assisted electricians, and fabricated and wired industrial control systems.

Victor also has experience in sales, having worked as a Sales Associate at Concordia Publishing House from August 2011 to July 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Sub-Contractor at Holmes Construction and Remodeling LLC from June 2010 to July 2012, where they assisted in constructing decks and conducted various remodeling tasks.

Finally, Victor gained valuable experience in a government role. Victor worked as a Crew Leader Assistant at the US Census Bureau from April 2010 to June 2010. In this position, they managed confidential federal paperwork, supervised training activities, and communicated initiatives to crew members.

Victor Domin began their education at Plymouth Salem High School, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. After completing high school, they transferred to Eastern Michigan University in 2007 and continued their studies there until 2009. During their time at Eastern Michigan University, they pursued a BFA in Drawing and Painting and was a part of the Honor's College.

In 2010, Victor enrolled in Concordia University Ann Arbor, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. Victor focused their studies on Biblical Languages through the Pre-Seminary Program and also minored in Art. Victor successfully completed their degree at Concordia University Ann Arbor in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Victor has also obtained various certifications. In 2017, they received a certification in "Mastering DAX" from SQLBI. In 2018, they obtained two certifications related to RPA (Robotic Process Automation) development: "RPA Developer Foundation Training" and "RPA Developer Orchestrator 2018.2", both from UiPath.
