Felisha Lynskey

Felisha Wirtshafter has an extensive background in customer experience, working with well-known companies such as OpenSea, Gorillas, Better.com, Barkly, and Squarespace. Felisha is currently the Director of Customer Experience at OpenSea, a marketplace for cryptogoods. Prior to this, Felisha held the position of Head of Customer Experience at Gorillas, Head of Written Communications (CX) at Better.com, and Head of Customer Experience at Barkly. Earlier in their career, Felisha worked as a Quality Specialist at Squarespace, where Felisha trained and coached customer care advisors. Felisha Wirtshafter is also an Advisor with a background in education from Virginia Commonwealth University.
