Van-Anh Hoang, MBA, is a seasoned professional in customer experience and onboarding with a strong background in the jewelry and service industries. Currently serving as a Customer Onboarding Specialist and previously as a Customer Success Associate at Opensense since January 2023, Van-Anh has accumulated extensive experience at Brilliant Earth from August 2018 to June 2022, where roles included Customer Experience Manager and Jewelry Consultant.
