Sharee W. is an experienced product support specialist currently working at OpenSesame since April 2020, having progressed through various roles from Product Support Associate II and III to their current position focused on the EMEA region. Prior to OpenSesame, Sharee W. gained valuable experience at ClickMechanic from July 2019 to April 2020 as a Customer Experience Associate, where responsibilities included managing B2B and B2C relationships and handling complaints.
