Rachel Parkes

Rachel Parkes has extensive experience in tax management and accounting. Rachel is currently working as the Global Tax Director at Opensignal since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an International Tax Manager at General Assembly from an unspecified date in 2020 until April 2022. Rachel also served as the Director of Tax at WireCo WorldGroup from 2014 to 2020. Before that, they worked as a Tax Manager at both RubinBrown LLP in 2013 and WireCo WorldGroup from 2009 to 2013. Rachel began their career as a Tax Manager at Ernst & Young from 2005 to 2009, and as a Senior Staff Tax Accountant at UHY LLP, Certified Public Accountants from 2003 to 2005. Rachel'sresponsibilities included tax provision, tax return review, research, and audits. Rachel has communicated with tax authorities and provided high-quality services to clients.

Rachel Parkes attended Truman State University from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Master of Accountancy degree along with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance.
