Michael Carothers

Michael Carothers has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Michael began their career in 1996 as the Director of Professional Services at BCS, where they worked until 2004. From 1996 to 2004, they also served as the Director of Sales Engineering at eOn Communications.

In 2004, they joined Teledirect International as the Director of Sales Engineering, a position they held until 2006.

Michael then had various roles at Siemens Communications, including Solutions Architect in 2008. In the same year, they also worked as a Sr Solution Architect at SER Solutions. Michael continued as an Sr Solution Architect at SER from 2008-2010.

From 2010 to 2013, Carothers worked at NICE Systems as a Sr Sales Engineer, providing solutions support and helping the company win competitive replacement deals.

In 2013, they joined OpenSpan as a Sr Sales Engineer, where they worked closely with the Sales organization to develop and close advanced solutions involving desktop automation and analytics.

Carothers then transitioned to Pegasystems in 2016, where they held multiple roles. Initially, they served as a Solution Consulting Robotics Automation and WorkForce Intelligence. Later, they became a Sr. Solution Architect, specializing in Robotics and Workforce Intelligence. In their current role as the Principle Solution Consultant Intelligent Automation, they continue to assist organizations in realizing the business benefits of process automation robots.

Michael Carothers attended Southwestern Michigan from 1977 to 1978, where they studied Digital Electronics. No degree was specified.
