Luke Marciniak

Luke Marciniak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Luke began their career at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce as a Senior Business Analyst, where they managed national projects and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize change requests.

In 2008, Luke joined Varicent Software Inc as a Business Consultant, specializing in incentive compensation. Luke successfully implemented Varicent's software solutions in the financial services and media industries, helping clients improve their compensation programs through automation and process improvements.

Luke then moved on to OpenSymmetry, where they held multiple roles over the years. Luke started as an SPM Consultant, working on projects in the technology and pharmaceutical industries. Luke later became a Senior SPM Consultant and then transitioned to the position of Project Manager, where they oversaw the successful execution of projects within the company. Luke further advanced to the role of Director, Account Management, where they focused on client relationship building and management.

Luke's most recent role at OpenSymmetry is Regional Sales Director, responsible for sales in the West region. Luke is currently serving in this position as of 2017. Additionally, they will be assuming the role of RVP Sales - West starting in 2023.

Throughout their career, Luke has demonstrated their expertise in project management, account management, and sales. Luke has proven their ability to identify areas of opportunity within businesses and develop practical solutions to improve their processes and incentive compensation practices.

Luke Marciniak attended Ryerson University from 2002 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Information Technology Management. Luke also received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2010 in the same field of study from the same university. In 2014, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI).
