David Mandery earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh in the years 2005 to 2010. David then pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager from The Culinary Institute of America from 2011 to 2013. Aside from their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as the Certified Beer Server from the Cicerone Certification Program in 2016 and holds a Level 1 Court of Master Sommeliers certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers.
