Megan Riede

Megan Riede has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Learning and Development. Megan started their career as an Instructional Designer and Animation Producer at LeapFrog, where they developed educational curricula for preschool toys. Megan then joined Knowledge Universe as a Director of Program Development, where they designed a comprehensive L&D program and roadmap for the company. Megan later became the Senior Director of Learning and Development, overseeing training activities for thousands of staff members across KinderCare centers. Megan also played a key role in establishing the L&D function at PubMatic, where they built the training team and integrated L&D into the company's strategic plans. Most recently, Megan worked at Salesforce as a Senior Director and Head of Training, leading various L&D initiatives for the company's global staff. Megan has a proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs that enhance employee performance and drive organizational success.

Megan Riede holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Arizona. Additionally, they have completed a Master of Arts Program in Reading & Language Education at Sonoma State University. Megan has pursued further education in fields such as Employee Training and Development from Cornell University, General Management from UC Berkeley Extension, and Adult Education & Training from the University of Phoenix. Megan has obtained certifications in Enablement Mastery from SalesHood, ATD Master Trainer from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute.
