Antony Pagan

Antony Pagan is currently the VP of Human Resources at OpenTech Alliance, Inc. Antony has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, serving in various positions such as Regional HR Manager/Business Partner and Director of Human Resources.

Pagan began their career in Human Resources at Cintas Corporation in January 2010, where they served as the Regional HR Director. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the HR department for 12,000 employees. Antony then moved to ABM Industries in March 2011, where they were promoted to Director of Human Resources for ABM Onsite Services-West. In this role, they oversaw an HR department of 25 personnel and was responsible for establishing and implementing key HR and business metrics.

Most recently, Pagan worked at TopBuild from January 2015 to November 2020, where they served as the Regional HR Manager/Business Partner. In this role, they were responsible for the overall management of the human resource systems & practices for the heavy commercial divisions nationally across the USA.

Antony Pagan's educational career began with a degree in human resources management from George Mason University. Antony then went on to obtain an HR management certificate from the Employers Group in California. Antony continued their education in employment law by taking courses at Littler Mendelson in California. Additionally, they have a certificate in labor market assessment from Cornerstone College and a science degree from Simon Fraser University. Antony also has two certifications from LinkedIn in strategic thinking and handling workplace bullying.

They work with Dan Scaman - VP of Strategic Planning & Analysis, Gabe Thayn - VP of CAS, Marketing, and Davin Dameron - Chief Information Officer. Antony Pagan reports to Robert Chiti, Chairman & CEO.
