Esther Bakaris

Esther Bakaris is an accomplished Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in cloud-based solutions and enterprise software. Currently at OpenText since June 2021, Bakaris manages cloud/hybrid solutions for the Business Network Division. Prior roles include Customer Success Manager at Johnson Controls, where responsibilities included managing enterprise accounts for life safety and technology solutions, and Sr. Account Executive for IT services at Konica Minolta, focusing on enhancing productivity through various technology services. Earlier experience as a Sr. Account Executive for AT&T involved sales of digital products, while at Infor, Bakaris managed enterprise accounts in banking and financial services, achieving Presidents Club recognition. Bakaris began a professional journey at IBM, selling EDI solutions, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from The Ohio State University.
