Jeroen Griffioen

Jeroen Griffioen has a strong background in total rewards and benefits management, currently serving as the Total Rewards Manager for Nordics and Benelux at OpenText since November 2024. Prior to this role, Jeroen held the position of Benefits Manager for EMEA at Tesla from August 2017 to November 2024. Jeroen's experience also includes working as a Pension Manager at Foot Locker between 2013 and July 2017, and as a Benefits Consultant at Nike from 2005 to 2013.
