Jessica vander Ploeg

Jessica Vander Ploeg currently serves as the Vice President of Legal Operations at Belron® since May 2024. Additionally, Jessica has been an advisor for Innovation Roundtable since October 2021 and a founding board member at LegalOps.com since April 2019. Previously, Jessica held roles as Vice President and Senior Director of Legal Operations at Micro Focus from May 2022 to May 2024 and worked as a Senior Legal Operations Manager at NetApp from April 2019 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Litigation Services, LLC (September 2014 – April 2019) and as Director of Operations and Chief of Staff at Precision Opinion (March 2011 – September 2014). Jessica holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and two bachelor's degrees: an BA in Multidisciplinary Studies: Business and Psychology and a BS in Business Administration and Marketing.
