Madhu Ranganathan is currently the EVP & Chief Financial Officer at OpenText. Madhu also serves as a Member Board Of Directors at BMO Financial Group, Akamai Technologies, and has previously held positions at ServiceSource, Watermark, and [24]7.ai. With a background in finance and accounting, Madhu has experience in leading successful financial restructuring, acquisitions, and ERP implementations. Madhu holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an MBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts.
