Mikhail Yazvinskiy began their work experience in 2010 as a Junior Support Engineer at Kontur, where they provided technical support to clients and assisted with software installation and configuration. Mikhail later became a Middle Support Engineer, responsible for maintaining communication channels between clients and regulatory authorities. In 2014, they worked as an Implementation Consultant at Korus Consulting, where they implemented software solutions for clients. Mikhail then joined Crystal Service Integration in 2015 as a Middle Support Engineer, providing tier 2 technical support. In 2016, they worked as a Siebel CRM Analyst at SberTech. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at SOLVO - IT solutions for logistics as an Implementation Engineer, where they implemented Warehouse and Yard Management Systems. Most recently, starting in 2019, they have been working at OpenWay as a Wa4 Support Engineer, providing technical support for card management systems and conducting analysis and configuration of multicomponent applications.
From 2008 to 2013, Mikhail Yazvinskiy attended North-Caucasus State Technical University (formerly known as Stavropol State Technical University). Mikhail pursued a degree in Information technologies and communications, focusing on the same field of study.
