Tania Mittleider has a wide range of work experience across various industries. Tania started their career in 2006 as an Orientation Leader and Student Recruiter at MSU Office of Admissions. Tania then worked as an Advertising Sales Representative and Office Manager at ASMSU Exponent before becoming a Marketing Intern at Instituto San Fernando. In 2009, they joined Luggage Pros as a Senior Merchandising Analyst, where they played a significant role in increasing sales and gross margin through various strategic initiatives.

In 2012, Tania joined Microsoft as an Inventory Monetization Analyst, responsible for managing reservations and maximizing revenue. Tania also worked as a Project Manager and Video Advertising Analyst, implementing new strategies and improving efficiency in video inventory management.

From 2016 to 2021, Tania worked at Verizon Media as a Senior Lead Analyst and later as a Senior Manager in Publisher Platforms Analytics. In these roles, they focused on growing revenue, executing strategic deals, and providing data-driven insights.

Most recently, Tania worked at Yahoo as a Senior Manager, where they cultivated relationships, provided deep analytics, and delivered actionable insights to ensure quality and scaled supply for the Yahoo DSP. As of 2023, Tania is the Director of Revenue Analytics and Operations at OpenX.

Tania Mittleider attended Montana State University-Bozeman from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management and Spanish. In 2008, they pursued further studies in Business and Spanish through a certificate program at the Council on International Educational Exchange. Prior to their university education, they completed their College Preparatory studies at Jamestown High School from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Tania has obtained multiple certifications, including the Yahoo Advanced TV Certification and the Yahoo DSP Certification in 2023, as well as various certifications from Lynda.com in 2016, 2015, and 2019, and AOL in 2016.
